Welcome to Qazi, a comprehensive job marketplace platform that connects service seekers with qualified businesses and professionals. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, whether you're posting jobs, bidding on projects, or providing services.

Qazi provides a marketplace platform that enables:
Service providers must complete our verification process, including submission of valid business documents, identification, and relevant certifications. Verification enhances trust and may be required for certain job categories.
Qazi facilitates secure payments between job posters and service providers through our integrated payment system. We support mobile money, bank transfers, and card payments.

Qazi provides dispute resolution services for conflicts between users. Our team will review evidence and work toward fair resolution of payment, service quality, or other platform-related disputes.
If platform mediation fails, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration under Kenyan law. Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive rights to class action proceedings.
Qazi serves as a marketplace platform connecting users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of jobs posted or services provided. Users engage with each other at their own risk. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for platform services, and we are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.
Either party may terminate their account at any time. Qazi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or other justified reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Outstanding transactions and obligations survive termination until fulfilled.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
